Really bad customer service ...

Really bad customer service from the afternoon lady. But morning lady was nice. Right across the street from cemetery hill and the battle of gettysberg. Shops, food and souvenirs all in walking distance. Free breakfast was good.

This hotel is less ...

This hotel is less than a year old at this posting so it's very clean & nicely designed. We had one issue with the toilet not flushing but maintenance was up very quickly and took care of it. The breakfast ladies were exceptionally friendly and it was on the third floor with a view of one of the historical fields.
