First and most importantly, our rooms were very clean. They are slightly worn and outdated pieces throughout but the bathroom was spotless and functional. The staff was very friendly throughout!! The breakfast is ok (although free!) and they do have both a waffle and pancake machine (great for the kids). The walls are thin and if you're near the side door on the bottom floor it can be quite noisy in the morning with people coming in and out of that door. You can also hear people in the next room. I will say we came in April which is not the busy season and the public spaces are too smalll. If there is any kind of sports team or HS group (on both days for us) the breakfast room is incredibly small, as is the gym and the pool. I wanted to walk the treadmill at 9 pm but it was full of teenagers using the equipment so there was nothing available. Finally, the location is great. You can look over part of the Gettysburg military Park and the hotel is walkable to all of downtown Gettysburg. Overall, we do recommend staying here.

Sorry but it was not the best stay! The walls are thin did not notice the last stay. Will not set in to what we heard but did not sleep that well.

Excellent location, right across from the battlefield and like three minutes from town. Breakfast was good, staff was nice Was looking forward to using the pool, but it's super tiny. The pictures make it look like it is a regular-sized pool, but it's not..and it was overrun by screaming kids.

POSITIVES: Clean room with nice furnishings; good breakfast; courteous staff. NEGATIVES: We could hear lots of movement in the room above us; the AC is very loud and you can hear the throbbing of the units in adjoining rooms (this kept me up much of the night); the low-flow faucet in the bathroom was annoying.
