Weird Shower

Comfy beds and spacious room, but the shower was weird and annoying. It defaults to the water-saving setting, so there was barely any water pressure. I can change the setting (which wasn't easy to do because I'm short), but every time I turned off the shower and then turned it back on, it went right back to its original weak water pressure setting. I didn't enjoy my shower

quick trip to Gettysburg

Location ideal, very clean and new. I personally would avoid the breakfast. Cannot comment on the food, because there was no hot items when we tried to eat at 8:30am. Room was super clean and modern. Parking was okay. Spots were difficult if you wanted to park close to the Best Western. Check out was flawless

Family vacation

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and large. Kids loved the pool. Very close to shops and Gettysburg Battlefield. Restaurants close by. Large parking area. Lobby and common areas were clean. Two of the front desk ladies were very welcoming every time we came back from doing something. All over nice place to stay. Will stay again if back in the area

Great hotel minus thin walls!

We had a great time staying here. All the staff was super sweet and friendly— from the cleaning lady to the morning and night front desk staff to the person managing breakfast. Hotel is super clean and looks brand new. I like that best westerns are so functional— they have everything you need. We had a fridge and microwave in the room. Downstairs they have free coffee and hot water/tea for guests. They also sell snacks and drinks by the front desk (although water is sort of pricey at $2/bottle which is to be expected I guess). It snowed and rained (freezing rain) most of the time we were there but they did an amazing job clearing away the snow and salting the sidewalk/roads promptly. You can easily walk to downtown Gettysburg and bunch of restaurants/shops from the hotel too. Eat at Dobbin house if you stay here, amazing food! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because of the paper thin walls!!!! I could hear our neighbors and I’m sure they could hear us even though we were trying to be super quiet so that was super annoying
