Comfortable rooms, great location

Had a nice one night stay while visiting Gettysburg. This hotel is in a nice location, in walking distance of some restaurants and some attractions like the cemetery. Staff was very nice, and room was clean and very comfortable. The walls seem a bit thin... we could hear quite a bit going on in the lobby and rooms nearby, being on the first floor. But at about 9pm it got much quieter so the hotel did a good job of keeping it quiet. Breakfast was ok...not great but it was free and there was a decent selection. My only other negative is on the checkout- the checkout at the desk was perfectly fine and fast... But I was offered express check out, but never found out what that meant. Usually that means you don't have to go to the desk to checkout, but there were no instructions anywhere in the room. Also, I was told I would receive an emailed copy of my bill, which I have yet to receive 24 hours later. And I received a survey, so they have my email address. So while there were some minor glitches, overall it was still a very nice stay and I would go back

Surprised with the quality

The room was gorgeous. Included a sitting area/TV watching area. Enjoyed having the fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. And the central location to the battlefields was excellent

Great new hotel

I am very "picky" when choosing hotels. I was very happy we booked with the Gettysburg Best Western. It is brand new - opened a month or two ago - very clean, great staff, very good free breakfast and great location. I highly recommend this hotel for your Gettysburg visit. July 201

Nice facility within walking distance of attractions

Very impressed with this hotel. It is new and located within walking distance of attractions in historic Gettysburg. Friendly staff and the best breakfast I've eaten at a Best Western. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of this hotel
