Great hotel. Clean and ...

Great hotel. Clean and the hotel staff are super helpful. We have stayed here the same weekend in November since the hotel opened. Decent breakfast and they have coffee all day long. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the shops and a lot of restaurants. They have an indoor heated pool and a gym.

I guess it always ...

I guess it always helps to have low expectations, but would have given 5 stars regardless. Super clean everywhere, rooms were sharp and appeared updated, not ragged or tired at all. Breakfast was solid and I believe they have serving stations on every floor. Staff was also great. The pool and pool room looked awesome but we didn't have time to use it. I was curious if the locations are franchised (individually owned) and they are. I mention this because the owners obviously care very much about the guests and the property. I would stay here again without reservation (did you get that hotel joke?).
