Staff is very informative and nice. Rooms are spacious and hallways are clean.

We checked in on 10/16 and it was a very pleasant experience. This hotel is in a great location with clean & comfortable rooms. The breakfast is served on the 3rd floor to make the most of the view. The service that we received at check in from Rhonda was exceptional. So friendly, courteous and efficient. She is a true professional and it shows that she enjoys her role at the Best Western. Brian was very helpful when we checked out and was kind to give me a call to confirm my reservation and update my info. I’m sorry that I had to cut our stay short and definitely look forward to coming back.

Wife and I stayed here a couple years ago and enjoyed it so we came back and brought three other couples along for this trip. This hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to downtown and several great restaurants and museums. And of course, the breakfast area provides a view of the battlefield. Most of the staff were great (one young desk clerk in the evenings seemed disgruntled and was not very friendly at all…like we were bothering her with our questions). Overall, fantastic stay. Very clean, good breakfast and you can’t beat the location in Gettysburg.

It was ok for a 1 night stay how ever I wouldn’t recommend any longer due to the uncomfortable beds. Also it would have been nice if they kept kids on the lower floor instead of the high floor. We was kept up till 1 am due to kids slamming doors and yelling and running around. I’m sure others on 2nd floor wasn’t too happy either.
