Stayed 3 nights during the Festival of races. Very friendly staff, clean and very conveniently located. Breakfast area overlooks part of the battlefield. Only minus was no fan in the bathroom. Highly recommend 👌

Wasn’t here long as it was a short vacation, but when we checked in we immediately noticed a horrendous smell throughout the entire place, worse on the 3rd floor. Almost smelled like a sewage back up. I was gagging on the elevator. Figured it wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault so when we left to explore the town we hoped it would be gone by the time we got back, which yes, the smell was gone! If not, we were going to ask for a refund and go elsewhere; that’s how bad it was. Got to our room and it was quite hot in there. Attempted to turn the air on but our thermostat was busted to the point where it was completely unreadable. Almost like someone might’ve punched it. However I will say, when we went downstairs and told them, they put us in a new room down the hall and couldn’t have been nicer about it! Very, very kind and professional! The smell also went away after a few hours but I did find it odd that no one said anything about the smell when we checked in because like I said, I was gagging. 5 stars for the staff anyway though!

Cleanest room I have ever stayed in Best Western. Fabulous place to stay in Gettysburg.
