Perfect location. You can walk across the street to the site of Gettysburg Battle and Lincoln address memorial. A model train museum on one side, and a another historical center on the other. They had some re-enactors outside giving demonstrations- they said they are there a few Saturdays a month, so we hit the right day. Easy walk to food, and ice cream and shops. Included breakfast was adequate- you can make a waffle, pancakes, breakfast sandwich, cereal, yogurt, fruit- banana or orange (I would have liked more fresh fruit options). Rooms clean and decent size. Not really a view of the battlefield from most rooms I imagine because of the orientation of the building. But you can from the breakfast room. Wish this was open during the day just to sit in. Otherwise only place to sit besides your room is the lobby, or the pool area which is humid. Nice little indoor pool and gym too.

My personal preference for visiting the Gettysburg Battlefield based on location alone. They also have clean rooms, solid staff, an indoor pool, and ample parking. Would recommend.

We had a perfect-comfort stay. Friendly host, comfortable beds, spacious room, and lots of beakfast choices in the free breakfast room. And our pup enjoyed the nice neighborhood sidewalks nearby.

Comfortable room. Unfortunately no coffee makers in room. Good breakfast though.
