We very much enjoyed ...

We very much enjoyed our three-night stay. Our room was very nice - clean, comfortable, and quiet. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which has a wide variety of hot and cold choices. The hotel is a great place to stay especially for visitors to Gettysburg National Military Park and the National Cemetery.

Five stars isn’t enough ...

Five stars isn’t enough to show our gratitude and how much we love this best western! We will never stay anywhere else anytime we visit Gettysburg going forward! Very long story short, we drove 300 miles to discover the hotel across the street that we were originally booked at cancelled our reservation and gave our room to another guest without ever contacting or telling us. We feared we were going to be stranded without a room so we walked across the street to see if best western had any availability (we have stayed at this location in the past and we had a great experience). From the moment we walked into the lobby every single staff member was helpful, kind and sympathetic to our situation. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Nate the GM is absolutely wonderful, he is the true embodiment of HOSPITALITY! We are so appreciative of how best western took care of us this trip! Thank you so much again for everything!
