Get The Scoop With Our Gettysburg, PA Hotel Reviews

Five stars isn’t enough to show our gratitude and how much we love this best western! We will never stay anywhere else anytime we visit Gettysburg going forward! Very long story short, we drove 300 miles to discover the hotel across the street that we were originally booked at cancelled our reservation and gave our room to another guest without ever contacting or telling us. We feared we were going to be stranded without a room so we walked across the street to see if best western had any availability (we have stayed at this location in the past and we had a great experience). From the moment we walked into the lobby every single staff member was helpful, kind and sympathetic to our situation. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Nate the GM is absolutely wonderful, he is the true embodiment of HOSPITALITY! We are so appreciative of how best western took care of us this trip! Thank you so much again for everything!

We loved our stay at this Best Western. The employees were so nice, the hotel had a lot of parking, and the room was large and clean. We loved the breakfast each morning. Everything was always clean and food was replaced as needed. We enjoyed having the waffles and pancakes. It was also great that they had a coffee machine in the breakfast area and the also in the lobby so you could have coffee whenever. It was nice to come in after a long day of walking and grab some coffee. We also loved the basket of apples that were out each day for people to take. Lastly , it was really quiet and close to downtown which was great. Overall, we both said the hotel added to our trip and that we'd definitely love to stay there again one day.

Location was perfect, rooms were clean, and every employee we spoke to was super nice. Solid breakfast spread too!

No complaints. Clean, cozy, a fair breakfast. Easy to find. Has a pool, but I didn't use it.
